She is focused on providing an empathetic and compassionate therapeutic space that allows each individual to share difficult experiences without fear of judgment. Emma provides clients with specialized evidence-based tools and coping skills to best guide them through any unique situations and challenges that they may be experiencing in their day-to-day lives.
Emma integrates a range of differing therapeutic modalities in her practice and curates a unique therapeutic plan based on your needs. She has found through direct practice that therapeutic success requires specialized and targeted treatment based on your particular goals, symptoms, and subjective lens. She integrates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions to best support you in achieving your goals and to provide you with the best therapeutic experience.
In previous years, Emma has worked as an outpatient mental health clinician serving a range of clients with differing needs.
